At St Thomas More, Computing is more than learning about devices — it is a way for our children to explore God’s world with curiosity, creativity and care.
Through our carefully sequenced curriculum, pupils develop core computing skills: understanding how digital systems work, designing and debugging programs, using logical reasoning, and applying computational thinking to solve real problems. They learn to use a range of digital tools purposefully to create, organise, store and present information, building confidence and independence as they progress.
Rooted in our Catholic values and the principles of Catholic Social Teaching, pupils are guided to use technology with wisdom, respect and stewardship. They come to see that their digital choices can uphold dignity, protect creation and strengthen community.
Our goal is for every learner to become a skilled, creative and faith-filled digital citizen who uses technology responsibly to learn, communicate and serve others in a connected world.
