Our PE days are Mondays and Tuesdays. Please come into school wearing your PE kits on these days.
Homework will be set via Class Dojo each Friday. Whole class feedback will then address any areas for improvement.

Each week we think about and reflect on the theme from the NDCYS Extra-Ordo-Nary. We also look at the feast days and special liturgical days we will be celebrating that week. All of the Extra-Ordo-Nary documents for this year can be found here.
Our Whole Class reading book this Term is ‘Cogheart’ by Peter Bunzl
At the end of Year 4, (around June) the children will have a multiplication tables check.
The multiplication tables check (MTC) is statutory for primary schools.
The purpose of the MTC is to determine whether pupils can recall their times tables fluently, which is essential for future success in mathematics. It will help schools to identify pupils who have not yet mastered their times tables, so that additional support can be provided.
Schools will have a 3-week check window in June to administer the MTC. Teachers will have the flexibility to administer the check to individual pupils, small groups or a whole class at the same time.
To help prepare for this, children should be practicing their times tables regularly on TimesTable Rockstars.
